Cooked low and slow over charcoal and New Zealand wood for 9 hours. Seasoned with our very own Girthy Beef Rub, smoked til tender, then shredded, these cheeks will melt in your mouth.

All orders are based on finished cook weights to ensure maximum satisfaction levels are achieved. 500g packs - usually suitable to feed between 3-4 people depending on how hungry you are and what else is on the table!
