Get ready for our all NEW four hour Hot & Fast BBQ Workshop!

This course offers a whole range of BBQ cooking that can be done hot and fast and includes hands-on use of our range of Weber gas and charcoal BBQ's, as well as the Weber SmokeFire and our customised Smokey Wine Barrel and Oklahoma Joe offset smoker.

We will cover off some of our most popular hot & fast recipes as seen on our Instagram story favourites.

    Classes are held at our Under the Hood BBQ Headquarters in Stoke, Nelson

    The sunny Tasman region is a great place to visit for a weekend and our guests travel from around New Zealand to attend the class and enjoy some of the other great activities our area has to offer.
